Crystal was extremely pleasant. She called when she finished her client early to let me know so I was able to start earlier... Which I really appreciated!
As you enter there is a sink to wash your hands and she takes your temperature. She was friendly and easy to chat with. She is also very accommodating and professional.
The room is gorgeous! Just the right size for a single client.
It was such a relaxing enjoyable experience, I am sure that I will return in the future.

Always a great experience at Hira... Crystal is the perfect balance of professional and fun. She has all the trimmings... stickers, stamps, painted designs, sparkles, glitter, chrome... she's always introducing me to some new fabulous little embellishment!
After a few months of no pampering (thanks to covid) it was great to relax and be taken care of. And if you are apprehensive bc of rising covid-19 cases, you can feel safe here as Hira Spa is always meticulously clean, well maintained and … More sanatized. Additionally you can see where all of the instruments are sterilised and sanatized, so there's no doubt.
Most recently I had an wonderful pedi in a lovely environment (clean, cozy and cute!) plus a friendly chat! I left the spa feeling relaxed with soft feet, my toes polished to perfection. Can't wait to wear sandals/ slippers and show them off!
